Terms of Service

All bookings are confirmed by email or WhatsApp once availability is verified. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow for a calm intake.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the treatment price. No-shows are charged in full.

Float therapy and hammam are not recommended for guests with certain medical conditions (open wounds, skin infections, epilepsy, first trimester of pregnancy). Please inform us of any condition before your session.

We expect respectful behaviour from all guests. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behaviour disturbs other guests or the team's safety.

Prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include all taxes. We accept cash, card and major mobile payment apps.

Chefchaouen Spa is not liable for personal items left on the premises or for any consequence of failing to disclose a relevant medical condition.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
